تعيش أغلبية عزيز أخنوش، رئيس المجلس الجماعي لمدية أكادير خلافات عميقة، وأصبحت الأغلبية، المكونة من الاتحاد الاشتراكي والتجمع الوطني للأحرار والأصالة والمعاصرة وحزب الاستقلال، على أبواب الانفجار، ومما جعل الأمر تزداد تعقيدا هو الغياب المستمر للرئيس عن المجلس.
وظهرت الخلافات في الدورة الأخيرة للمجلس من خلال تدخل بعض المستشارين الجماعيين المنتمين للأغلبية، وظهرت أيضا من خلال نتائج التصويت.
